Booking Conditions

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a Love Room booking. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Love Room

  • We reserve the right to request valid photographic proof of identity and age, so please bring this with you and ensure all guests under your booking bring identification.
  • If you cannot provide identification when requested you and/or your guests may not be permitted to stay.

  • You may need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your booking. Love Rooms accepts Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, at our discretion, you may be able to pay for your online booking on arrival using cash.

  • When you make a booking request, we will give you a total price for the room and any optional extras (such as hiring of equipment) you’ve requested. The price you pay is the price quoted to you at the time you make your booking, unless you choose to add any further optional extras.

  • Optional extras are not included in the room price but you may be able to add them to your booking during the booking process. Alternatively you may be able to add these to your service and pay for them on arrival at Love Rooms.

  • Prices are for 2 guests per room. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 5) are permitted with a surcharge applying of $10.00 per person per hour or part therof.

  • We do not accept personal cheques, business cheques, or vouchers other than those issued by Love Rooms.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

▪ Cancellations must be made by the guest via phone or email (preferably by ringing Paige)

▪ The guest is obliged to pay any cancellation fee incurred.

▪ If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before arrival no fee will be charged.

▪ If you cancel your booking between 12 and 48 hours before arrival, a fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate will be charged.

▪ If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before arrival, or if you are a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Please ring Paige on 027 463 3852 as soon as you can if you need to cancel your booking, or if you need to change the date, time, or room, so as to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.
Be thoughtful. We only have a limited number of Love Rooms and there may be someone else wanting to book and enjoy the experience we have to offer.
