Booking Conditions

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a Love Room booking. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Love Room

  • We reserve the right to request valid photographic proof of identity and age, so please bring this with you and ensure all guests under your booking bring identification.
  • If you cannot provide identification when requested you and/or your guests may not be permitted to stay.

  • Love Rooms is currently only able to accept cash when making payment. If this is not possible for you, then please speak to Paige* before your arrival so that alternative arrangements can be made.

  • When you make a booking request, we will give you a total price for the room and any optional extras (such as hiring of equipment) you’ve requested. The price you pay is the price quoted to you at the time you make your booking, unless you choose to add any further optional extras.

  • Optional extras are not included in the room price but you may be able to add them to your booking during the booking process. Alternatively you may be able to add these to your service and pay for them on arrival at Love Rooms.

  • Prices are for 2 guests per room. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 5) are permitted with a surcharge applying of $10.00 per person per hour or part therof.

  • We do not accept personal cheques, business cheques, or vouchers other than those issued by Love Rooms.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

▪ If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your reservation time, no cancellation fee will be charged.

▪ If you cancel your booking between 12 and 48 hours before your reservation time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate will be charged.

▪ If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before your reservation time, or if you are a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the room rate will be charged.

▪ Cancellations must be made by the guest via phone or email (preferably by ringing Paige*)

▪ The guest is obliged to pay any cancellation fee incurred.

▪ The cancellation fee must be paid before another booking can be made.

*Please ring Paige on 027 463 3852 as soon as you can if you need to cancel your booking, or if you need to change the date, time, or room, so as to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.
Be thoughtful. We only have a limited number of Love Rooms and there may be someone else wanting to book and enjoy the experience we have to offer.
